Marshall Pillsbury has been appraising real estate since 2001. Prior to this, he spent 10 years in the corporate world and it was at the 10 year mark that he decided it was time to move on to a career which would allow him to get out of the office and do something he could be passionate about. The journey to real estate appraisal was a natural move. His father was an appraiser for 40 years and his brother is an appraiser.

Since 2001, Marshall has seen the ups and downs of the real estate market. He has appraised thousands of properties, from the cities to the country to the oceanfront to the Casco Bay islands. This level of experience has provided him with a valuable perspective of the local real estate market and a deep understanding of the various communities in Southern Maine. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser with the State of Maine and approved for FHA, RD and Maine State Housing appraisals. He works in Southern Maine covering most of Cumberland and York counties.
