Marshall Pillsbury has been appraising real estate since 2001. Prior to this, he spent 10 years in the corporate world and it was at the 10 year mark that he decided it was time to move on to a career which would allow him to get out of the office and doing something he could be passionate about.
Since 2001, Marshall has seen the ups and downs of the real estate market. He has appraised thousands of properties, from the cities to the country to the oceanfront to the Casco Bay islands. This level of experience has provided him with a valuable perspective of the local real estate market and a deep understanding of the various communities in Southern Maine.
